Communications and Project Planner

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Communications and Project Planner. This position will be located inPSAB, KSA, ASAB, Kuwait and UDAB, UAB . and will be onsite.ResponsibilitiesMust be knowledgeable of financial and project management functions. Develops budgets and work schedules according to project requirements. Responsible for cost estimation and control. Monitors project progress and makes adjustments as needed. Coordinates interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements. Maintains lines of communication among project team members. May be responsible for risk management. Must be available to address the needs of the project effort. May have acquired CAPM(PMI).Locations: PSAB, KSAASAB, KuwaitUDAB, UABpending contract awardQualifications High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience) Clearance required: Secret Certifications: PMP or similar work experience 8 years’ experience in: technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, analytical/logical thinking, installation of communications systems or equipment; coordinating the work of several different activities/agencies in project completion; production timelines, coordinating project support agreements, and reviewing engineering design documents Must possess excellent interpersonal skills Have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, understand IP routing and architecture design, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks Company OverviewGovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
