Coordinate and manage the due diligence process to verify the information and data provided by the parties involved in the transactions and deals Negotiate and draft the terms and conditions of the transactions and deals with the parties involved, such as buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, or regulators. Oversee and execute the closing process of the transactions and deals, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Maintain communication and relationship with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing updates, feedback, and advice.Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking. Proven track record of successfully delivering results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
