Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, one of the multinational organizations in the KSA market.Job Title: Finance ManagerJob Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Reporting to: CEO.Job Summary:The Finance Manager holds a critical position in the finance department, playing a key role in the financial leadership and strategy of the organization. Responsible for managing the holdings' financial actions, including planning, risk management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will work closely with other senior executives and the board of directors to make decisions regarding the holdings' financial strategy and operations. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, an in-depth understanding of the Real Estate sector in Saudi Arabia, and management best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies aligned with the holdings objectives.Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the holding's strategic plan.Analyze financial reports, trends, and opportunities for financial growth, including investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, and mergers.Oversee the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.Implement a robust financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process that will predict the holdings' future performance.Manage the company's cash flow and forecasting. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary.Oversee the issuance of financial information and report financial results to the board of directors, shareholders, and corporate officers.Lead the finance team, setting goals, performing evaluations, and implementing professional development opportunities.Communicate with external stakeholders to convey the company's financial performance and strategies effectively.Key Requirements:Master's degree in accounting, finance.professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are highly desirable.At least 7 years of experience in financial management roles, with a significant portion of that time spent in Finance.Manager or equivalent senior-level position.Strong understanding of regulatory and financial reporting requirements, including GAAP, IFRS, SOCPA, and other applicable accounting standards.Proven track record in developing financial strategies, managing financial planning and analysis, accounting, and budgeting.
