Job DescriptionJob Title: Technical FM Manager – Managing AgentProject Name: Facilities Management Office (Operation and Maintenance) for Green Riyadh Program (FMO)Reports To: FM Director, Riyad Green, RCRCKnowledge and ExperienceThe FMO will drive the implementation and management of all the FM and O&M projects of Riyadh Green of which the Project Technical FM Manager will be responsible Adept at developing policies and procedures necessary to ensure built assets are adequately maintained. Assisting and leading in the development of maintenance regimes that will ensure built assets are functional.Skilled at identifying critical plant and services and developing a response and contingency plans for failure events.Major Activities:• Manages activities targeted to enhance the work environment and comfort of facility users.• Manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of Subcontractors.• Ensure the delivery of contractual hard and soft services as per service level agreement andsafety standards and that all related KPI’s are met.• Identify and implement energy and water reduction strategies.• Plan and manage the execution of business events and workshops.• Manage all aspects of risk management and environmental compliance.• Manage communication and build relationships with tenant occupants and clients.• Ensure that buildings meet the health and safety requirements and that facilities comply withlegislative requirements.• Coordinate with all departments to ensure successful delivery of the services.Qualification & Requirements:• BSc+ Over 15 years’ experience;• MSc+ Over 10 years’ experience;• Degree shall be from a Recognized University; and membership of chartered institutionLanguage• Required: Read, Write and converse in English with clear natural sound.
