Job Description

  • Monitor all technical documents, including reports, invoices, submittals, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  •  Supervise the review and approvals of drawings, calculations, and material submittals, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. 
  • Coordinated communication between various project departments and the head office to facilitate effective information flow. 
  •  Collaborated with contractors to address technical issues and ensure project objectives were met.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture)
  •  15-20 years of relative experience
  • Previous experience in quantity survey and working in Shop-drawings is a must
  •  Very good skills in coordination and review of design working drawings/BOQ and specs in all disciplines .
  • Developed communication and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels.
  • Ability to motivate staff through proper direction and counseling.
  • Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint outlook) & AutoCAD - Revit - Photoshop
