Job Description
- Manages, directs, organizes, and supervises the Technical Office Department team, and Procurement Team in performing assigned tasks and ensures that they submit tasks on time.
- Ensures that the Technical Office Team adheres with all policies and procedures through continuous review to the project contracts, terms & conditions, time schedule, design drawings and owner / consultant’s (BOQs).
- Liaises between the Technical Office Team Requirements and Construction Team Deliverables ensuring harmony between them.
- Customizes an effective cycle of approvals for shop-drawings and material submittals with the Project’s Consultant
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering
+15 years of experience in well known construction companies
Solid technical Experience in technical office management
