Job Description
Major Responsibilities Comply with confidentiality, security and privacy policy and procedures Scanning of Paper records into clinical information system Maintain downtime forms and assist in downtime file management and perform recovery registration Retrieves inactive records from the offsite storage on request Coordinate/provide release of information services to patients and patients’ authorized representatives Assist in patient portal/family medicine enrollment Provides photocopies paper medical records/ prints copies of electronic medical records as directed. Demonstrating customer focus when interacting with internal or externalcustomers.Maintaining positive working relationships within the department/section and between various facility departments/sections Carry out e-Service data entry and coordination activities Performing other duties as assignedQualificationProfessional Diploma in a related stream. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant stream is highly preferred. Experience & Knowledge Requirement Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
