Job description: Location:JeddahDepartment:Sales & Marketing JOB PURPOSETo sell Luberef Base Oil and By-products with highest netback while maintaining excellent relationships with customers KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Selling Luberef products using solid arguments to prospective customersAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedulePerforming cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customersMaintaining positive business relationships to ensure future salesReach out to customer leads through cold callingExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionGenerate analysis reports on supply and demand, sales by location by product and market trends.Forecast and plan customer demand, liaising with commercial manager on product availability and offtake performance.Analyze markets, identify and develop new business opportunities, covering both new customers and new products/applications.Stay up to date with base oil market trends (supply, products, prices, freight), attend Industry conferences and provide input into market intelligence, department business strategy and plans.Other responsibilities such as ship chartering and inventory management Education:A Bachelors in Industrial Engineering. Knowledge and Experience:5-8 years’ experience in sales and/or supply chainStrong analysis, interpersonal, computer and communication skillsStrong Commercial awareness and Negotiating skills Fluent in English language (read, write, speak) MAIN CONTACTS/OPERATING NETWORKInternal: Sales & Marketing Director, Commercial Manager and Export and Domestic Sales Team staff, other departments staff (mainly Production Planning, Operations and Finance). External: CustomersFreight, logistics and storage companies Consultants and other service providers
