You will also plan the maintenance work for your area and make a significant contribution to the further development of the corporate culture. What's also crucial for the position is Integrated Work System (IWS) which means an organizational capability building strategy aimed at achieving and sustaining breakthrough business results through 100% employee ownership with zero loss mindsetWhat Will You Do - ResponsibilitiesAssumption of the function as technical manager within the assigned cellResponsible for the systematic elimination and prevention of maintenance and technology-related disruptions through in-depth technical analyzes of the machinesResponsible for ensuring a smooth technical production process within the cell as well as improving and increasing machine performance/efficienciesLeading the teams in resolving technical issues, including assisting in setting standards and countermeasures to avoid plant failuresSupport of the line manager and cell structure team in the development of quarterly plans and achieving targetsWho We Are Looking For - RequirementsBachelors degree in engineering preferred from an accredited college or universityEnglish - Very Good 5 years of professional experience in the industrial sector and knowledge of continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM)Can-do mentalityAccurate and precise way of workingCommunicativeTeam player and independentGood knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word/Excel) Ideally SAP experienceWhat Are The Next Steps - Recruitment ProcessThank you very much for your interest in recruitment.
