As an Account Executive, you will act as a liaison between the agency and the client, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.What you'll do: Manage the day-to-day operation of the account and act as a liaison between the Agency and the clientCoordinate and follow up with all internal departments in order to get things done in the most time and cost-efficient mannerLiaise between the company and the client to provide current information on the status of the account/jobManage internal and external correspondence (client communication, meeting reports, etc.)Receive briefs from the client, process them through the internal systems, ensure amendments are done by coordinating with relevant parties, receive client approval and start execution making sure it is done rightPrepare creative briefs, status reports, contact reports, and media briefs when needed to ensure a smooth operation of the accountPresent and support creative work, send quotations and invoices to the client, and follow up accordinglyBuild a good relationship with the client and act as a resourceful point of contactProvide support for the account’s planner and always think proactivelyUndertake market visits, conduct preliminary research, and prepare competitive reviews when neededEnsure all financial documents are filed appropriately and the account’s budget control sheet is updated regularlyRemain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needsAnalyze consumer needs and develop innovative solutionsEducate customers about our business solutionsWhat you'll need:BS/BA in Marketing or Advertising specializationUp to 1 year of experienceComputer Skills: Microsoft OfficeCommunication and creative skillsPresentation skillsStrong time management skillsTeam PlayerGeneral awareness of society and interest in brandsResourceful in finding information and helpEager- willing to pitch-in on anythingAbility to build relationshipsAt VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
