This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesPre and post contract commercial support (POMI and FIDIC);Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs;Interim valuations and payment certificates;Responsible for variations analysis, recommendations and management;Responsible for risk and value management and cost control functions;Responsible for costs analysis project work;Responsible for identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;Responsible for preparation of progress/ cost reports;Reporting to Associate Director on all commercial issues;Attendance and representation at commercial meetings.Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good working relations with the Client and ensuring that all contractual deliverables are undertakenExperiences And QualificationsProject experience must be broad and include Residential, Hospitality, Leisure and Infrastructure;Client facingMeasurement and quantificationCost Planning & EstimationMust have previous experience of FIDIC Contracts;Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized University;RICS preferableMin 10 years pre- and post-contract relevant experience;Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 5 years;Must have minimum of 3 years Middle East experience;Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost-X or similar is preferable;Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.Rewards & BenefitsA competitive salary Accommodation allowance Transportation allowance Medical and life insurance cover 22 calendar days annual leave Company gratuity scheme Discretionary bonus scheme Professional membership fees Employee Well-Being Programme – 24 hour free advice on financial, legal and family care specialists and also access to personal health, fitness and nutrition consultantsAbout AtkinsRéalisCreated by the integration of long-standing organizations dating back to 1911, AtkinsRéalis is a world-leading professional services and project management company dedicated to engineering a better future for our planet and its people.
