About the Role:The Head of Asia Pacific will report directly to the Chairman of the group and oversee all operations and business development initiatives, including setting, planning, developing, and executing.He/she will aim to position the brand clearly and consistently with vision of the group. Set and execute strategies and tactics to increase awareness, uniqueness, relevance and motivate our target audience.In addition to the following but not limited to:Open MultiBank Group Office in MalaysiaManage all the operations, including Sales, Marketing & Customer support.Recruit 30-60 employees, provide training & performance monitoring.Serve as the Head of Pacific Asia within MultiBank Group.Establish and maintain a strong presence in Malaysia, overseeing the Asia Pacific regional hub.Provide leadership and guidance to diverse teams across the APAC region.Cultivating, managing, and overseeing diverse teams, while also taking the lead across all teams in the APAC region.
