Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dubai, a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Consulting Engineer who will be responsible to engage in training and consulting activities to simulate complex mechanical engineering problems for customers. 

As a Consulting Engineer specializing in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), your primary role will entail tackling intricate challenges through adept problem-solving. Your duties will include:

- Conducting consulting tasks pertaining to complex mechanical engineering issues utilizing software products.
- Engaging in meetings with clients to grasp project requirements and delineate scope.
- Drafting and assessing technical proposals, estimating time and costs, planning resources, compiling reports, overseeing project execution, and delivering outcomes promptly.
- Demonstrating agility in grasping new concepts and technologies, with self-directed learning being pivotal for this competency.
- Exhibiting logical problem-solving abilities along with robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Providing high-caliber introductory, advanced, and tailored training sessions either online or on-site for clients within the designated region.
- Proficiency in designing bespoke training workshops and materials tailored to client needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Requirements
- Hold a B.E/M.Sc. degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a closely related field.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of industrial experience in simulation usage.
- Demonstrate expertise in linear and non-linear structural mechanics, explicit dynamics, linear dynamics, design optimization, and multi-physics.
- Proficient in utilizing ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Mechanical/APDL, LS-DYNA, and associated software suites.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse team setting.
- Proficiency in project management, including project scheduling, communication, and project monitoring and control.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to devise engineering solutions for client challenges.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English.
- Prior practical experience in design, physical testing, and product development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industrial codes and standards is a plus.

Skills - Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales-focused role within the Security/IT sector, coupled with a strong grasp of the regional channel market. - Hold an Engineering degree. - Exhibit a robust network within the local Channel landscape. - Demonstrate adept sales skills, including attentive listening and the ability to tailor presentations to meet individual customer needs. - Display agility in swiftly understanding new products and solutions, effectively closing deals by aligning them with customer requirements. - Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Demonstrate persistence, proactivity, and a self-directed approach to driving business objectives. - Effectively motivate support teams and navigate time-sensitive sales environments. - Showcase competitiveness and efficiency in achieving set targets. - Possess strong public speaking, multitasking, and time management capabilities. - Maintain a valid driving license.
