Customers can shop the latest on-trend outfits, shoes, bags, beauty essentials and accessories from international brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Hugo, Marks & Spencers, Dune London, Charles & Keith, Aldo, Crocs, Birkenstock, Skechers, Levi’s, Nike, Adidas, Loreal, and Inglot amongst many more. 6thStreet.com recently opened GCC’s first phygital store at Dubai Hills Mall; an innovative tech-led space which combines the best of both online & offline shopping with online browsing & smart fitting rooms.Role OverviewAs the Senior Manager - Growth, you will spearhead our efforts in customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing, driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Your strategic vision and execution skills will be key in leveraging digital channels to enhance our brand's market position and achieve our growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and CRM strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising. Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Oversee the management of the CRM system, ensuring it serves as a central repository of customer information and insights. Drive the optimization of customer lifecycle management, including segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer experiences. Manage the digital marketing and CRM budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Provide leadership and direction to the digital marketing and CRM teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and CRM technology, applying best practices to drive growth. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing and CRM strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Experience with CRM software and database management. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
