The GAC Group is an equal opportunity employer.Job DescriptionThe role involves:CRM Account ManagementData analysis and accuracy reportingCo-ordination with offices and colleagues to maintain system accuracyWorking with Group Commercial teams to assign accounts in CRMIdentifying and consolidating Group accountsWorking with the Group IT team and implement data accuracy policiesWorking on commercial applicationsKPI reportingSupporting/conducting CRM training sessions as and when required to ensure consistent user knowledgeWorking independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environmentJob Requirements Proactive and self-motivated work ethicAbility to work effectively under pressureUniversity graduate or comparable education levelStrong presentation, analytical and communication skills Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a mustPresentable with a pleasant personalityProficiency in Microsoft Excel and enhanced computer skillsExperience and Familiarity with CRM systems such as Sales Force1-2 years’ experience in data handling and analysis, preferably with a shipping companyFamiliarity with basic shipping terms and definitions will be considered an advantageAs a GAC colleague you will Become part of the GAC global community.
