Manychat Specialist

OverviewWe are seeking a Manychat Specialist to develop, optimize, and maintain Manychat automations, aiming to drive leads from organic traffic and paid ads. You'll handle setup for new and existing accounts, troubleshoot, integrate third-party tools, conduct tests to identify the best-performing automations, and continuously audit and improve our Manychat implementations.What You'll Be DoingSetting up keyword automation in Manychat for both paid traffic ads and organic traffic, specifically targeting webinars, VSL funnels, or other lead generation funnels. Developing complex, multi-path automations in Manychat that qualify leads and direct them to appropriate destinations based on their interactions. Troubleshooting and fixing any issues that arise within Manychat automations to ensure smooth operation. Integrating Manychat with third-party platforms such as CRMs, email autoresponders, and other relevant platforms to streamline communications and data management. Building out Manychat accounts from scratch, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality. Implementing live chat functionality within Manychat to enable sales teams to close deals or set appointments directly through DMs. Setting up and managing the entire process of lead magnets in Manychat, from the initial contact to the delivery of the lead magnet to the end user. Building and conducting split tests within Manychat, analyzing results to identify the most effective strategies and automations. Serving as the primary point of contact for both our team and our clients regarding all things Manychat, ensuring clear communication and efficient management of Manychat functionalities. Who You AreYou have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Manychat, with a proven track record of using it to drive leads through direct message ads or organic traffic DMs. You possess verifiable experience in utilizing all major features of the Manychat platform, including keyword automations, comment automations, complex automations, live chat, among others. Your communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are excellent, enabling you to effectively communicate with our team and clients. You have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving issues as they arise. You are available to work during United States Eastern Timezone hours, aligning with our team's schedule. Having experience with Manychat in high-ticket funnels, such as VSLs and webinars, is a significant bonus, adding value to our lead generation strategies.
