Position Overview: Fundraising Officer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission while advancing your career. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with donors, cultivate relationships, and secure financial support for our initiatives. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals
- Work diligently to regularly achieve and exceed set targets
- Propose creative ideas to enhance marketing operations and increase campaign effectiveness
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fundraising
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools and technology
- Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising software is a plus

Requirements:
- High-speed and stable internet connection
- Good level of Arabic both spoken and written
- Possess high-quality headphones
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Willingness to participate in virtual meetings and events
- Previous remote work experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and an acceptable to advanced level of proficiency in English
