Job Description
Job Overview:
Maintains the computing environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades, monitoring system performance, and providing end-user support related to business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the business applications.
- Provide functional and technical validation of issues and requests, and resolution of incidents.
- Gather, analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
- Active participation in preparing various project documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Test Scripts, and Training materials.
- Demonstrate experience in Oracle cloud integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in database management (Oracle & MSSQL) and security, as well as running SQL queries.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
- Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the implemented solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience in system Workflow setup (FI Modules).
- Strong hands-on experience in roles and user management and system security in general.
- Strong support life cycle experience, SLA management, and working with Oracle products and cloud infrastructure support groups.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, banking, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 -6 years of experience as Oracle Techno-Function support.
- Experience at financial industry is a plus.
- Technical and Functional skills:
- 1+ full lifecycle implementation
- Very good knowledge of Oracle cloud support processes is a must.
- Good Understanding of Business Flows and processes.
- Having debugging skills in Fusion Environment
- Experience in Crystal report tool.
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle cloud integrations.
- Languages: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
