Job Description
- Design and implement strategies for category management and supply chain operations to drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and improve operational efficiency across Circle K Egypt.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product selection, pricing, and supply chain decisions.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, promotions, and reliable supply chain agreements that align with Circle K Egypt's goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, aimed at increasing customer engagement and boosting sales.
- Regularly monitor sales data and inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement in both category management and supply chain performance.
- Ensure all product selections, pricing, and supply chain operations comply with local laws and regulations to safeguard Circle K Egypt from any legal risks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience 5-7 years in category management and supply chain roles, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong data analysis (Excel, Power BI), negotiation and retail operations skills.
