Job Description
• Responsible for negotiate and sourcing for new Suppliers, manage local raw materials.
• Responsible for Purchasing Goods for the Plants.
• proactively maintain positive working relationships with internal customers and vendors alike to expedite the procurement process efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
• monthly monitoring of costs and ensure that they are within budget.
• Set Loading Plans for the raw materials to be delivered according to delivery date.
• Import process (Incoterms, Payment terms, documentation, Finalize all related bank procedures (drafts ) and prepare all bank forms for shipping doc and follow up the delivery of originals at our offices or bank to bank).
• upload shipments on bank system and follow releasing form 4
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Lives in Fayoum, Giza or October.
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very Good English is a must, both written and verbal .
