Job Description
- Prepares orders on a daily basis
- Responsible for Product Data Entry
- Communicates with the different shipping companies to solve any customer problems
- Communicates with the shipping companies to check the returns
- Communicates with the customer service team to solve customer problems
- Communicates with the inventory Management team to check stock availability
- Responsible for handling the orders to the shipping company
- Maintain daily communication with our distribution centers and ensure that the operation is handled properly.
- Daily reporting and monitoring of all things operations related across the multiple systems and processes.
- Monitor processes related to systems processing, distribution and customer service program.
- Identify systems disruptions through monitoring aging orders and auditing its order flows
- Resolve exceptions to the normal order processing and returns workflow.
- Tracking orders and shipping cycle
- Resolving any shipping issues with customer and courier
- Carry out the determined transactions when cargoes are not delivered to customers due to lack of an address for example.
- Support project initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and/or an enhanced customer experience.
- Review marketplace platforms daily to ensure all order communication is properly synced.
- Follow up on the Marketplaces PO and ensure that the invoices and payments are handled properly.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to identify and address operational issues communicated by our customers.
- Make necessary reviews for the customer returns resulting from the deterioration of campaign conditions or missing payment for any reason, and solve the systematic errors if any.
- Carries out the processes of Cash on Delivery, approval of Transfer orders, canceling and returning them,
- Detects the relevant orders on the system, follows up missing/overpayment status and approves the payment
- Search for new products to add to our e-commerce website
- Ensures that the correct prices are reflected on the site with the relevant units at least once a week.
- Prepares country special day calendars, finds content suggestions, and makes competitor analysis.
- Provides inputs to the digital marketing team and the category team by analyzing category-based views.
- Provides the accuracy of daily stock on site and the product control process, if any, and informs relevant teams.
- Works closely with our marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and delivers adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems.
- Ensures that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- Tests UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Job Requirements
E-commUniversity Degree preferable (Business Administration, Management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the E-Commerce Industry
- Experience in operations, order/fulfillment management
- Experiences with systems: ERP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Self-Motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in Saudi Market is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask
- Team player with a flexible approach
- High level of motivation and energy
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teamserce data entry expeience
