- Process content update requests, clarifying details when necessary and making changes in appropriate sections of in-house content tools, while adhering to in-house quality guidelines.
- Setting up new products on the site including writing product descriptions in languages Arabic and English.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding in a professional manner upon completion of the request.
- Work toward daily productivity targets and team metrics; complete all work to program standards as defined for each process.
- Managing a good relation with the vendors for content updates and verifying any information needed initiated by either party.
- Responsible for the publication of new product offers on the apps/website.
- Editing uploading imagery and completing product attribution.
- Implement and maintain style guides in order to write content that is consistent with the brand and edits.
