Job Description

  • Warmly greet visitors to our facility; answer and direct phone calls promptly, fielding solicitors/cold sales calls; and maintain office efficiency arranging necessary repairs
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, faxes, and distributing incoming mail
  • Support the operations team whenever needed, coordinate, manage, and assist throughout any traveling Expo.
  • Ensure general management of the office facilities, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications with all concerned parties.

  • Schedule and track meetings and appointments.
  • Willing travel whenever needed for short duration.
  • Answer calls and replay for callers 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proficient in MS office/ : Google suit [Sheets & Docs & Slides]
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Independent and takes initiative
  • Problem solving oriented
  • Excellent negotiation skills
