Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our clinic team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service while ensuring the clinic’s operations run smoothly on a daily basis.


 


 


 


 

???? Key Responsibilities:


 


 

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule/reschedule appointments
  • Manage appointment calendar and ensure efficient time slot usage for doctors
  • Handle patient registration, intake forms, and follow-up reminders
  • Coordinate with physiotherapists for treatment flow and daily client updates
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
  • Follow up with patients for feedback and ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor clinic cleanliness and restock supplies (e.g., sheets, sanitizers, forms)
  • Assist with clinic reporting, documentation, and internal communication
  • Liaise with partner gyms or external vendors when needed
