Job Description
- Warmly greet visitors to our facility; answer and direct phone calls promptly, fielding solicitors/cold sales calls; and maintain office efficiency arranging necessary repairs
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, faxes, and distributing incoming mail
- Support the operations team whenever needed, coordinate, manage, and assist throughout any traveling Expo.
- Ensure general management of the office facilities, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications with all concerned parties.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Proficient in MS office/ : Google suit [Sheets & Docs & Slides]
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Strong communication skills.
