Using package of GIS software’s like as (Arc Map and Road net)
Using SAP as ERP system on RETC and sales buzz on Sub distributors.
Responsible for Trax App (Master data and Reports)
Responsible for the Master data and operation cycle across nationwide related to RETC and sub distributors:
Create new Customers around all of channels
Create new SRs, SVs and UMs
E-invoices updates
Update the customers promotions
Update customers pricing on ERP system.
Update the customers locations.
Update warehouse locations and loading celling for sales forces.
Optimizing the routes through geographic areas based on GIS software’s and RTM objectives and planning also create the Geo routes on nationwide around all of channels
Implement the RTM project with the sales team
Analyse the RTM project before and after the implementation.
Support the management team with the reports and master data files.
Appling the Acc. Models on customers.
Appling the process on the operation cycles and follow up.
Communicated with RETC departments for the below:
IT (RTM Appling, Reports, RTM launching, SAP support and HH support)
Finance Team (Maser Data to apply the promotions)
Distribution (Delivering the pre-orders) by using road net
Media Team (Tracing Coolers)
HR (Structure on Master data)
