Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates .
- Plan , direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization .
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
Note : we are working 6 days per week
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
