Job Description

  • Formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
  • Build, enable and retain the Team by employing the right skilled and competent resources in the right roles and positions
  • Oversee the implementation & achievement of the corporate business objectives & strategies
  • Assume complete ownership & delivery of the company’s P&L budget
  • Ensure the sound financial performance of the company
  • Develop solid working relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. key Customers, Channel Partners, and Vendors)
  • Lead & orchestrate the activities both with internal (sales, product & marketing Teams) & external (Partners & Vendors) stakeholders to design & implement effective and sophisticated marketing and sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue & profitability

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience, in the Software/IT field.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology or a related field
  • Preferably males
  • Should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions.
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • In-depth understanding of the following business areas: Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations and HR
  • Broad understanding of technology products and solutions, and technology solutions delivery
  • Strong and clear ability to build, present and execute on strategic business planning, both with internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managing people skills
  • Capacity to successfully identify and resolve challenges and problems
