Job Description

  • Manages and arranges manger's office.
  • Provides executive and administrative support to manager.
  • Maintains executive’s agenda and assists in planning appointments.
  • Attends meetings and records meeting  minutes.
  • Presents performance report for all departments on daily basis.
  • Writes letters for the manager.
  • Organizes and presents information timely and accurately.
  • Organizes the manager’s calendar and arranges meetings.
  • Reminds the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Handles and prioritizes all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Handles confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Prepares invoices or financial statements, and provides assistance in bookeeping.
  • Monitors office supplies and negotiates terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost- effective orders.
  • Maintains electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Conducts research and prepares presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Purchases office supplies and equipments, and maintains proper stock levels.
  • Resolves any emergency issues concerning administrative side.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree.
  • Age: 25 to 30 years old 
  • Good command of English language.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
