Job Description
- Responsible for setting and create brand image throw all campaigns content and visual according to brand strategy and approved final action plan
- Responsible for implement and develop action marketing plan including seasonal events
- Responsible for comply consistency brand image across different department
- Responsible for maintain brand identity
- Leveraging influencers opportunities to drive customer acquisition and retention
- End to end management and production of multi-channel seasonal campaigns with focus on customer, asset end use, budget, incremental content and timely delivery
- Management and production of in-store collateral including windows, graphics, sale packs and POS
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies aligned with operation manager & product Manager
- Working under marketing managers & serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing/communication or any equivalent
- Master ‘s degree in marketing is preferred
- 7 years of experience in marketing. with at least 2 years in the same position.
- English fluency is a must
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
