The main purpose of an Account Supervisor  is motivating and managing a team of Customer Service Advisors delivering excellent customer service to our client’s customers.  

What your responsibilities will be: 

  • Monitor, measure, report and develop team`s performance
  • Reward and recognize good behavior, correct underperformance
  • Meet standard performance goals
  • Identify staff training and development needs
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Act as escalation point
  • Workforce management
  • Participate in recruitment of the team and further new hire journey
  • Lead by example

Job Requirements

Experience, knowledge and skills required 

  • Excellent communication skills in Italian, both oral and written (C1 level)
  • Fluent communication skills in English (B2 level minimum)
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Experience in team management, including conducting performance reviews and coaching employees to meet Performance Targets
  • Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues that affect Performance Criteria
  • Ability to communicate, or escalate, to their supervisor or other internal departments
  • Ability to share and collaborate with peer Account Supervisors
