Technical Sales Associate / Business Developer

We are looking for a technical sales associate to join our team in Egypt to help us grow our sales. Our main specialties are in IT projects that include the following:

1. Web and/or mobile application development.
2. Ecommerce solution development.
3. ERP implementation & customization based on Odoo (We are Odoo official partner)
4. Custom business application development that is built from scratch based on client requirements.

The job will be focused on a few main activities.

• Communicate with prospective clients to understand what they need in term requirements or problems they are facing (Our main clients are international so you have to have a good command of English)
• Plan & Discuss the project with technical leads to come up with a technical solution that adds value and fits client needs.
• Present the solution plan or proposal to the client and walk with him through the sales process until the deal is closed.
• Identify and research potential clients through sales channels and pipelines that is already exist.
• Engage with clients, ask questions, offer assumptions, plan video/audio calls in order to identify clear requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare estimates and proposals to prospects.
• Monitor project progress to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
