Job Description
- Coordinate training requests with our instructors/SMEs including explaining the needed training materials kits and any special requirements
- Draft training proposals based the received outlines and learning objectives from the SMEs
- Ensure that our material kits are ready for training delivery, either ILT or virtual
- Arrange and classify our instructors/SMEs database
- Ensure that our library is updated with the new workshop’s outlines
- Responsible for reaching out to our existing instructors
- Check training material periodically according to our calendar
- Support in L&D department administration work such as, revise the instructors’ agreements and data base.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language speaking and writing
- 1-2 years of experience in the same field is preferably
- Basic knowledge of instructional design
- Confident communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Pro-activeness and accountability
