Job Description
- Installs and maintains all software and hardware and network.
- Windows and Microsoft Office installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
- Creates and maintains software and hardware inventories.
- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings.
- Install, test, and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Perfect communication skills.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- 3+ years of experience in providing help desk support.
- Professional Knowledge about installing and configuring computer operating system, software, printers, Network and scanners.
- Professional Knowledge about investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Age less than 30
- Language Skills: Good English
