Job Description
- Responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of wireless access points, wireless controllers, and all wireless communications software and hardware supporting the wireless network infrastructure.
- Responsible for design and implementation of the enterprise wireless network.
- Maintain system documentation for the Enterprise Wireless Networks.
- Performs routine maintenance and upgrades for wireless network components.
- Coordination of wireless network changes in conjunction with Change Management policies.
- Monitors systems alerts, performance and utilization reporting.
- Provides support for project implementation and equipment installations.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Cisco Unified Communication (UC)
- Hands on experience troubleshooting contact center equipment
- Experience operating/designing voice communication systems
- Experience with upgrading the various Cisco voice components such as gateways and CUCM devices
- Experience with network, systems management and monitoring tools is desired
