Job Description

  • Support Fawry Corporate Cards inquiries.
  • Handling any functional issue related to Fawry Card
  • Handling Fawry Cards customers’ requests, inquiries & Complaints.
  • Issuing the statement requests and letter of proof of card closure requests
  • Handling the closed cards balance requests
  • Control the cash in matching with CBE requirement
  • Managing the all bank requests.
  • Reporting QMR to Meeza ,
  • Reporting to CBE via BM
  • Analysis the prepaid cards portfolio.
  • Ensure that cards flow is prefect via internal & external cycle.  
  • Resolve any unplanned issues with the concerned parties.
  • Ensure that no transaction against CBE regulations. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant studies.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience Fin-Tech  
  • Experience in Operations / Back-office (POS / Digital) is preferred.
  • Good Command of MS Office.
  • Very Good communication skills.
  • Flexible to work in a dynamic environment. 
  • Good Command of English Language.
