Job Description
- Support Fawry Corporate Cards inquiries.
- Handling any functional issue related to Fawry Card
- Handling Fawry Cards customers’ requests, inquiries & Complaints.
- Issuing the statement requests and letter of proof of card closure requests
- Handling the closed cards balance requests
- Control the cash in matching with CBE requirement
- Managing the all bank requests.
- Reporting QMR to Meeza ,
- Reporting to CBE via BM
- Analysis the prepaid cards portfolio.
- Ensure that cards flow is prefect via internal & external cycle.
- Resolve any unplanned issues with the concerned parties.
- Ensure that no transaction against CBE regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant studies.
- 1 to 2 years' experience Fin-Tech
- Experience in Operations / Back-office (POS / Digital) is preferred.
- Good Command of MS Office.
- Very Good communication skills.
- Flexible to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good Command of English Language.
