Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer who can:

• Platform-Agnostic Development: Design and develop AI agents capable of operating across various platforms, ensuring flexibility and scalability.
• Open-Source LLM Deployment & Maintenance: Utilize open-source LLMs to build, deploy, and maintain AI agents, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for performance.
• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI agents into our existing systems, ensuring compatibility and efficient communication between components.
• Outcome Prediction: Anticipate and understand the potential outputs and behaviors of AI agents to ensure they align with our objectives and standards.
• Security & Privacy Compliance: Implement and uphold security measures and privacy regulations throughout the development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using open-source LLMs, ensuring they meet specified requirements and performance standards.
• Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update AI agents to incorporate new features, improvements, and security patches.
• Integration: Work closely with our IT team to integrate AI agents into existing infrastructures, ensuring seamless operation and communication.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor AI agent performance, predict outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
• Compliance: Ensure all AI agents comply with relevant security protocols and privacy regulations, implementing necessary safeguards.
