Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (visual, video, and written) aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and industry news to identify real-time engagement opportunities.
- Implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and conversions. Collaborate with creative, marketing, PR, and paid media teams to align content with broader campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using platform analytics and third-party tools.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and audience interactions in line with internal guidelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
Job Requirements
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in creating and managing social media pages on all platforms.
- Understanding of scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite). Proven track record of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling. Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and basic SEO principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and clients.
