Job Description
- Assist the sales team in managing daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues.
- Help organize and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.

- Accompany the factory owner during client/factory visits and assist in customer meetings.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, administrative, or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
