Job Description

  • Responsible for developing the department budget.
  • Review the drawings and assessment received from the Design Function.
  • Planning and organizing the project implementation phases and putting the timetable.
  • Assist in determining the actual project cost based on quantities and specifications.
  • Ensure that the technical specifications and terms of the contractor contract is matching to implemented on site.
  • Follow up the implementation time plan and schedule.
  • Coordinate with company’s engineers and consultant engineers for the project to receive all works from the contractors according to the specified technical specifications after completed each stage.
  • Approving of samples and catalogs submitted by the contractor according to the technical specifications based on consultant recommendations.
  • Reviewing and approving the periodic abstracts of the project submitted by the contractor by matching them with the contract prices, quantities, and timetable.
  • Preparing monthly Accounting Clearance for subcontractors.
  • Submit monthly reports for the achieved work for the Management.
  • Responsible for the initial receipt of the works executed in the project in cooperation with the receiving committee.
  • Deliver the project to the operations department on time.
  • Plan the PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedule, taking into account the property usage, tenancy agreement with tenants, volume and diversity of equipment's, manufacturer's recommendation regarding the maintenance schedule, and the economies of scale that would best utilize the available material and physical resources.
  • Overall responsibility for the effective operations of Retail Facilities Management plan, including implementation of the PPM (Project Portfolio Management). A  timely response to any alarms by the concerned technical team, response within established standards to any tenant complaint relating to fault rectification and monitor, and ensure performance levels through a computerized maintenance management sheets and by checking against established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Responsible for establishing SLAs and KPIs of the in-house maintenance team, as well as the outsourced contracts and ensuring adherence to the same.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Fire and Safety Standards are being followed as per safety standards by monitoring adherence to the standards.
  • Coordinate with mall management with respect to day-to-day operational issues to ensure maintenance of facilities in keeping with the service standards envisaged and up to standards.
  • Coordinate with the Leasing and Marketing team for any MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) requirements to support Leasing and Marketing activities, or client visit with the objective of planning and providing the necessary resources to meet such business requirements.
  • Responsible for the receipt, up-keep and operational modification needs of Retail Facilities operation and maintenance manuals, Documents and as built drawings.
  • Responsible for technical approving and receiving from mall management.
  • Responsible to prepare and maintain the vacant unites to meet the standards required to be re-rented.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architect.
  • General Knowledge about Electrical & Mechanical.
  • Very good leadership.
