About the Job

Caduceus Lane is looking for a professional Sales Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our key partners by our account managers team.

You will be responsible for managing the key account managers team sets the sales quotas and advises the company about sales performance and put new strategies for developing company sales and developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the team of account managers and contributes to the team the effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands a company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Analyze sales statistics gathered by your team to determine sales potential and market requirements and to monitor clients' preferences and satisfaction.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your key accounts/customers.
  • Positively represent the company and influence discussions within relevant professional and trade organizations to shape company image and well-differentiated competitive profile.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Work with the company's national commercial team to identify initiatives that support the delivery of portfolio segmentation and targeting plans.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within key accounts and collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Represent the company in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner at all times.
  • Implement relevant tactics to ensure that the company strategies and core business objectives are delivered and developing it.
  • Ensure quantitative and qualitative targets are met for the company portfolio in designated key accounts.
  • Attend regional, national & local business meetings, professional events, and scientific conferences
  • Prepare, conduct and report best practice, business updates and account plans and understands the overall strategic and tactical requirements for the company.
  • Keep abreast of trends in commercial initiatives relevant to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries and ensure opportunities are maximized were relevant to the company.
  • Maintain a regular supply of relevant market intelligence, technical knowledge, and professional information relating to the company portfolio to support the key customer groups, using both internal and external information sources.
  • Negotiate and implement commercial terms for key customer accounts.
  • Working with the commercial team on proposals/tenders and also monitor and identify trends in account management evolution and portfolio growth and competitive profile of the company.
  • Develop appropriate tactics to obtain a maximum commercial benefit for the company's service range.

Job Requirements

Candidate Background

  • Experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 7 years' experience in account management, sales, at least 3 years from them in managing teams.
  • Account management, sales, marketing, and advertisement experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to take an account management approach to manage the assigned account (s) business
  • Ability to plan and manage the demands of a broad portfolio of services.
  • A proven track record in commercializing products or/and services.
  • Ideally a university graduate, with possible further sales/marketing qualifications.

Basic Qualification

  • Ability to managing teams with professional analytical skills.
  • Ability to managing team remotely
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and Matrix environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Team orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Flexible "can do" attitude is needed to thrive in a fast-growing company.
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with external experts

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Review and evaluate the outcomes and quality of the completed projects
  • Assist with defining the project scope, allocated resources, and task goals.
  • Integrated collaboration and coordination among different departments and key responsible professionals across different functions
  • Excellent public speaker, with outstanding presentation skills
  • Demonstrate professional and ethical behavior.
  • Demonstrate role model behavior in line with the company Leadership Attributes and Core Values.

Technical Qualities

  • Fluency in the English language is a must
  • IT literate with strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Medical background.
  • MBA holder is highly preferred
  • Sales and Marketing acumen is a plus
  • Healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industry orientation is a plus
