Role Description:
Sales Persont is needed to be hired in our Head office in Alexandria.
Job duties:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Playing a strategic role in the team.
-Immediate handling of customer requests.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and management on matters pertaining to employee relations.
-Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
- Forecast Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue expectations with predictability.
Job Requirements
- Located in Alexandria
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
- Real estate development background is preferred.
- Sales skills, including lead generation and sales strategy development.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
