1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong understanding of the local property market, including current trends and pricing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful transactions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
