Job Description

  • Exploring new markets and suppliers for export and import
  • Booking the suitable shipment line according to the order requirements.
  • Preparing the required paperwork for the (finance department / customs/ bank).
  • Negotiating prices, payment, and delivery terms.
  • Arrange production plans for export with technical affairs.
  • Participate in the policies and procedures manual with the export manager.
  • Searches about the targeted countries legal, economic and political changes that may affect the export operations.
  • Ensures the delivered products regularly comply with each country's rules and regulations.
  • Communicate with the Marketing, supply Chain and finance functions to enable an efficient export process.
  • Follows up on logistical operations, to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of the shipments to the designated countries.
  • Prepare market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities.
  • Prepares monthly process reports covering export activities to be reviewed with the Export Manager.
  • Follow up with all Clearance Procedures regarding Shipments
  • Arrange and filling all kinds of Export / Import shipping docs.
  • Following up & tracing the shipment until destination.
  • Auditing the Clearance, courier & Freight invoices to be signed from Logistics Manager and sent to the financial debt.
  • Attending international trade shows when necessary.
  • Office reports, MOM, weekly plans, Pipeline, Forecast, P&L, ......etc.
  • Handling all needed communications with clients; emails, mobile applications,
  • Close deals.
  • Follow up invoicing, logistics, packing process, .... till transfer all receivables.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree
  • English, Very Good
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Strong communications, Negotiation & following up skills
  • Experience 2-5 years
  • Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions
  • Accurate, attentive and able to concentrate under pressure
  • Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively
  • Effective skill in planning things
  • Expert problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge about various foreign languages (preferable).
  • Knowledge about international trade laws
  • Perfect time management skills (Able to have flexible working hours (specially Holidays))
  • Computer skills and efficient in working on various required software applications.
