Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals, Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for social media campaigns.
  • Establish a content calendar and schedule posts for optimal reach and engagement.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, Collaborate with the content team to develop multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the brand.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives (e.g., lead generation, conversions, brand awareness).
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend the brand's reach.
  • Monitor for potential PR issues on social media and develop strategies for crisis management.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to address and resolve any negative sentiment.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, public relations, customer service, and product teams, to ensure consistent messaging and coordination.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the social media team.
  • Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • IT industries background is a MUST.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, SEO and Content Creations.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability.
  • Fluency in English
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
