Job Description: As an Entry-Level Quality Engineer at El-Ola Steel Industry (Sections), you will play a crucial role in supporting our quality control and assurance processes. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to ensure that our steel products meet the highest quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
-Perform inspections and tests on steel products and materials, documenting results and identifying any defects or non-conformities.
-Collaborate with the production team to investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
-Participate in internal quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
-Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
-Assist in the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
-Support the implementation of quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Metallurgical, or a related field), "Technical schools are allowed to apply"
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and techniques.
-Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
