Fully plan, execute, and monitor projects from sales to client handover
Analyse and solve technical issues and problems
Provide solutions to assigned safety, performance, cost, reliability, and maintenance problems

Develops and maintains a cordial and professional relationship with the sub-contractors

BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology required.
2-5 years of experience in the elevators and escalators industry required.
Intermediate English level
PMP preferred
Owing a car is preferred
Strong MS Office, AutoCAD skills
Ability to understand and assess business needs, develop and implement action plans, effectively manage multiple projects, and lead personnel to deliver desired results.
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
Decision-making ability and leadership skills
Independent learner and self-motivated individual
