Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Marketing, Digital Media & Design Specialist to join our team. This role combines marketing strategy, digital content creation, and graphic design to support brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, web, print).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot (or equivalent).
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand-aligned messaging and promotional strategies.
- Manage and maintain the company's online presence and reputation across social platforms and review sites.
Digital Media
- Create and manage digital content for web, email, blogs, and social media.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional assets using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Schedule, monitor, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Keep up with trends and innovations in digital media to ensure competitive advantage.
Design
- Design engaging and on-brand marketing materials including graphics, brochures, digital ads, presentations, and infographics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with web developers or external vendors to ensure seamless integration of design into digital experiences.
- Assist in website updates and visual improvements using CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
Job Requirements

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Photography and video production experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
