- Regularly review client reports and statuses to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor the quality of data entry from the sales and operations teams.
- Prepare monthly reports on quality levels and error rates and submit them to senior management.
- Coordinate with different departments to correct and improve data and processes.
Job Requirements
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control (preferably in real estate or sales).
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and client management.
