Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Personal Assistant to the Strategic Director to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling high-level responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representation & Communication: Act as liaison, represent in meetings, manage correspondence.
- Admin & Coordination: Manage calendar, meetings, minutes, and schedules.
- Follow-Up: Track decisions and ensure timely execution.
- Strategic Support: Prepare reports, assist in planning, support key projects.
- Project Leadership: Lead assigned improvement or digital transformation projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs in collaboration with relevant departments.
